The ultrasonic wave (generally 40-140KHz) from the ultrasonic generator generates high-frequency vibration through the transducer, and is transmitted to the cleat through the horn. When the cleat contacts with the lead wire and the weldment, under the effect of pressure and vibration, the metal surface to be welded rubs against each other, the oxide film is damaged, and plastic deformation occurs, causing two pure metal surfaces to contact closely, reaching the combination of atomic distance, and finally forming a firm mechanical connection.
