Our company is capable of producing 1st to 5th-order HDI boards, supporting any-layer interconnect structures with up to 16 layers. The minimum laser via diameter is 0.075 mm, with a depth range of 0.05 mm to 0.12 mm, making it suitable for high-density and miniaturized product design requirements.
Utilizing laser drilling and sequential lamination technology, we ensure stable connections for blind and buried vias. Multiple surface finishes are supported, including ENIG (electroless nickel immersion gold), immersion silver, and OSP (organic solderability preservative), and the process is compatible with high-frequency and high-speed materials.
