COVID-19 Status in China & Fuji Countermeasure

（1）Policy liberalization

On December 7, the State Council issued the Notice on Further Optimizing the Implementation of the Prevention and Control Measures for the COVID-19 (commonly known as the "New Ten Rules"), proposing a series of measures to optimize the prevention and control of the epidemic, and clearly optimizing ten aspects such as further optimizing PCR detection, ensuring normal social operation and basic medical services. On December 13, the communication trip card was offline. This anti epidemic tool used to trace the trip has withdrawn from the historical stage. On December 14, the National Health Commission informed that asymptomatic infected persons would no longer be announced. China officially ended the three-year zero epidemic prevention and control, turned to the world, and moved towards openness.

（2）After liberalization

After three years of COVID-19, people who are used to being protected by the state, suddenly found that they hoped for freedom when they were locked down, but when freedom suddenly came, they did not dare to take the step to freedom. In the past, people infected with COVID-19 or those connected with it were quickly controlled. Except for a few controlled areas, most of them are still safe. Now looking around, insecurity arises spontaneously. More and more infected people began to have fever and cough, and overnight antipyretics, cold medicines and cough medicines were sold out. With a prepared mind, people began to stockpile medicines, masks and other protective equipment, hoping to successfully pass the first wave of infection peak after the liberalization. Some migrant workers in densely populated large cities have chosen to return to the countryside, ready to return to work after the outbreak. The countermeasure of the enterprise is not to return to the post temporarily after being positive, and self isolation is waiting for the negative to turn. However, with the rapid spread of cases, the number of resting personnel is increasing rapidly, and the negative impact on the enterprise is gradually amplified. In particular, the upcoming Spring Festival migration will bring great challenges to enterprises mainly engaged in migrant workers.

On December 10, Shandong took the lead in launching the first shot of “PCR return". Announce that all enclosed places (Internet cafes, bars, chess and card rooms, cafeterias and restaurants, etc.) can only enter or leave after showing 48 hour PCR test report negative. In the future, under the pressure of prevention and control, there is still the possibility of partial repetition of policies.

（3）Response and action

The company is located in Sihui city of Zhaoqing, a relatively remote place in the Pearl River Delta, with small personnel mobility and low population density. There has been no local epidemic since COVID-19 three years ago. The company's personnel mostly are local. Compared with other PCB manufacturer in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan and other places, which are mostly foreign personnel, the company has relatively stable personnel, low quit rate and no uncertain factors affecting the long journey back home for the New Year. The company now has stable personnel and normal production. On the basis of strengthening epidemic prevention and control, it continues to expand production steadily in relatively remote areas. On December 14, 2022, the company announced that it plans to issue convertible bonds to raise funds of 570 million yuan, promote the expansion project of the Phase IV plant, and increase the production capacity by 800000 square meters per year. It is expected to provide sufficient capacity guarantee for the turbulent period that may occur after the control of the epidemic is released, so as to meet the rapid needs of customers.
