2.Performance requirements

The requirements for printed circuit board performance include mechanical performance, conductivity, environmental performance, and other aspects. Firstly, the circuit board needs to have sufficient strength and hardness to ensure the stable placement of electronic components. At the same time, boards have good conductivity and high tolerance to ensure the normal operation of electronic components. 3.Material selection precautions

①Select corresponding substrates according to the service conditions and performance requirements of different products, such as flame retardant, corrosion resistant and high-temperature stable materials, such as polyimide, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc., in high temperature, high humidity or strong corrosion environments.

②Select materials with good conductivity and thermal conductivity to ensure the normal operation of components, and avoid welding errors caused by high temperature that leads to PCB deformation or thermal expansion imbalance.

③Pay attention to environmental performance, choose environmentally friendly and recyclable materials, reduce environmental damage, and save production costs.

④Considering cost factors, selecting materials with high cost-effectiveness can save production costs and promote enterprise development for mass production.
