How to manage the material warehouse
Leave a message
With the popularization of electronic products, printed circuit boards are increasingly appearing in people's lives. As one of the key materials for board manufacturing, the quality and storage of board materials are crucial. To ensure the quality and inventory safety of materials, the establishment of material warehouse control points is particularly important.
1.Warehousing review
Before the material is put into storage, we will conduct a review of the material to ensure that it meets production and quality requirements. Confirmation points include: substrate variety, specifications, thickness, surface smoothness, etc; Check the size of the substrate and confirm that it meets the requirements of the next production process; Check if there are any foreign objects attached or scratches on the surface of the substrate. If problems are found, they should be promptly dealt with or returned.
2.Temperature and humidity control
The materials should be stored in a warehouse with constant temperature and humidity (controlled at around 20 ℃ and humidity between 45% and 55% RH) to avoid quality issues such as moisture imbalance and unevenness caused by high or low humidity. At the same time, higher or lower temperatures will also affect the chemical stability and physical properties of the substrate, reducing its service life. Therefore, Sihui Fuji strictly and continuously controls and monitors the temperature and humidity inside the warehouse to maintain a stable state.
3.Moisture-proof measures
Due to the moisture absorption of the substrate, corresponding moisture-proof measures need to be taken during storage. We install air conditioning, ventilation equipment, etc. in the warehouse to ensure dryness. In addition, to enhance the sealing of the substrate, methods such as adding moisture-proof agents to the packaging material can prevent quality problems caused by moisture.
4.Fixed storage
The material needs to be securely stored during storage to avoid compression and deformation of the substrate. Sihui Fuji uses dedicated shelves for storage, keeping each substrate in a separate position and fixed direction. At the same time, it is also necessary to avoid scratches or deformation of the substrate caused by collision or excessive force during transportation.
Warehousing review, temperature and humidity control, moisture-proof measures, and fixed storage are the core control points of material warehouses, which must be taken seriously and implemented in practical operations to provide high-quality substrates for production.
In terms of the management of the PCB material warehouse, warehouse management personnel need to strictly manage and record the incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouse. The warehouse requires each batch of printed circuit board substrates entering and exiting the warehouse to be marked and numbered for easy traceability and management. In addition, warehouse management personnel also need to classify, partition, shelve, and store substrates in layers according to the storage rules and requirements of core materials, to ensure that each category of printed circuit board substrates can be fully protected and stored.
