2. Made using depth-controlled routing, pure FR-4 rigid pressing, controlled depth routing thin, the area that needs to be bent can be controlled at a certain thickness as a flexible bending area.

 

Technical difficulties of two processes

1. During secondary pressing production, using conventional bonding materials can cause significant adhesive overflow. There is no obvious pattern of adhesive overflow in the pressing process, stacking design, and layout method, which is difficult to control. There is a risk of fracturing in the pressing depression and half bending position. The post pressing process requires special control for the concavity and convexity of the semi flexible position and other positions, such as pattern and solder mask.

 

2. Direct depth-controlled milling production requires high equipment accuracy. The uneven thickness of the semi flexible position is closely related to the bending performance, and uneven thickness can easily break.
