The introduction of FQC of pcb
Leave a message
FQC means final product inspection, which is responsible for conducting a comprehensive inspection of the appearance quality before shipment. Its importance is self-evident, mainly manifested in the following aspects:
1.Conduct a full inspection of the finished printed circuit board before shipment, and identify any defective products before shipment to ensure qualified quality.
2.Repair defective products into qualified ones, reduce scrapping in the factory, improve the qualification rate, and reduce production costs.
3.Verify whether production is completed and whether there are any missing processes according to customer requirements to avoid customer complaints.
Operating procedures
① After selecting the board and passing rosin or testing, 100% full inspection is carried out. Before inspecting the board, refer to the process card template, drawings, MI and other relevant information as the first inspection and record it
② Strictly distinguish the visiting positions of inspection boards, qualified boards, and repair boards.
③ Draw a color line mark on the edge of the qualified board after inspection
④ Unqualified boards should be sorted and placed according to the problem classification.
⑤ The qualified boards can only be packaged after passing the FQA sampling inspection. If there are any unqualified boards, they will be returned to the technician for rework
⑥ After the inspection is completed, record the inspection report and classify the problems clearly.

The testing process of FQC includes warpage inspection, specification inspection, appearance inspection, hole inspection, and visual inspection.
Warpage inspection is the use of professional testing instruments to detect the degree of warping on the surface of a printed circuit board, in order to ensure its flatness and stability. This test can also detect the stress distribution inside the board, ensuring its stable performance during long-term use.
Specification inspection refers to comparing the manufactured samples with the technical specifications required by the customer to ensure that the product meets the customer's requirements. This step is also a crucial step in FQC, which can check whether there is a gap between the actual quality of the product and the expected quality.
Appearance inspection is a manual visual inspection of the cleanliness, color, surface condition, and printing quality of the printed circuit board appearance to ensure that the product has a beautiful, neat, and exquisite appearance.
Hole inspection is the inspection of the quality of circuit board sockets, including whether the size, shape, position, and placement of the holes meet customer requirements, to ensure that the circuit board can be correctly inserted into plugins or electronic components without affecting product performance and functionality.
Visual sampling is a random selection of a certain number of finished products for visual inspection, parameter verification, and other aspects of sampling inspection to verify the stability and consistency of the finished products.
Sihui Fuji strictly controls FQC, aiming to ensure the stability and consistency of product quality, satisfy customers, and provide direction guarantee for internal quality improvement.
